This is achieved directly through one of our core services, "The Broker Liaison Program". DSG cultivates the outside brokerage communities and drives relationships with agents and their client bases. This paired with aggressive and cutting edge marketing techniques, including cold calling and referrals strengthens our ability to aid in creating record sales.
To help drive momentum, we build a strong rapport with the outside brokerage community through email blasts, exclusive breakfast & lunch presentations at local brokerages which showcase new projects. This service combined with cutting edge promotions and "insider/first level pricing" models to VIP broker lists creates loyalty and multiple transactions with broker's clients.
